WEIGHING MACHINE FEATURES
– Weighing table for cushions with 60x80cm aluminium tabletop, mounted on a loadcell. The table is used in combination with the R3PV filling blower.
– The tabletop can be moved vertically (by electric actuators) and horizontally in order to best adapt it to the size of the cushion.
– The table has a tray for collecting excess filling material, which can be blown back into the storage container (silo or blender) through an optional aspirator fan without being wasted or contaminated. This feature also helps to keep the work area clean.
