BLENDER FEATURES
– The blender is used for preparing mixtures of different filling materials (e.g. synthetic and natural fibres, shredded foam, feathers, other).
– The machine is positioned on loadcells, which allows accurate dosing of the materials to be blended.
– The materials are blended by means of 2 horizontal rotors which stir the mixture in an upward motion.
– Material loading can take place directly from one of our machines (e.g. CD400, T300 or SF2-CA) or through a transport ventilator.
– La macchina è posizionata su celle di carico che permettono di dosare accuratamente i materiali per preparare una mescola.
– La miscelazione dei materiali avviene tramite 2 movimentatori posti in orizzontale.
– Il caricamento può essere fatto direttamente dalle nostre macchine (es. CD400, T300, SF2CA) oppure tramite un aspiratore.
