FEATURES
– This fine-opener for polyester fibre features four carding stages that are lined up in sequence. The rotation speed of the last three stages is adjustable between 2400- 3800rpm.
– The distance between the carding discs and the combs can be easily adjusted to optimize the machine’s performance with different types of fibre.
– To process fibres which are particularly sensitive to heat or mechanical stress, the last two opening stages can be excluded by means of a pneumatic two-way diverter.
– The machine can also process microfibre without the need for any particular adjustments.
– 7″ touchscreen interface for easy and immediate use of the machine.
– The machine can be automatically activated by up- or downstream equipment such as the AB450NL bale breaker, M1P blender or SR3SP storage silo.
– Electrical system housed in IP66 standard cabinet equipped with disconnector switch, motor protections, inverters and low voltage controls. The turbine housings
are equipped with disconnector switches.
The machine is built according to the requirements of the European Directives 2006/42/EC, 2004/108/EC and 2006/95/EC and subsequent amendments. The machine
duly bears the CE marking.
