M1 Blender

This blender is suitable for preparing mixtures of various filling materials such as feather, down, polyester fibre, shredded foam etc.

The materials are blended by means of 2 horizontal rotors which stir the mixture in an upward motion.

The holding capacity of 5 cubic metres allows for a significant amount of material to be prepared and also permits to use the blender as a storage silo.

Il caricamento avviene direttamente da una nostra macchina (es. CD400 oppure T300) oppure, come opzione, dall’alto. E’ anche possibile caricare con un aspiratore dedicato, nel caso di materiale in sacchi.

Material loading can take place directly from one of our machines (i.e. CD400 or T300) or from the top through an optional hatch. Material from bags or silos  can be fed into the blender through the four intake ports by means of an ASR3 transport fan.

It is possible to directly connect up to 2 filling machines to the blender.

The entire structure can be fitted on load cells (M1-P version) for an accurate preparation of the blend or for calling for filling material from upstream equipment.

The rotation speed of the blending rotors can be adjusted between 60-120 rpm in order to adapt to different types of materials. The inverter also provides a “soft-start” function which prolongs the lifespan of the electric motors and reduction gears.

The machine is built according to the requirements of the European Directives 2006/42/CE, 2004/108/CE, 2006/95/CE and subsequent amendments. The machine duly bears the CE marking.
