AUTOMATIC FILLING MACHINE FEATURES

– High precision pre-weighing and dosing machine, specifically built for short staple fibres (e.g. polyester fibre, ballfibre, feather, down, shredded foam, etc.) or any blend made of different materials.

– Topping up of the storage silo, weighing the filling material in the three separate bins and filling the cushion chambers can all take place simultaneously, hence there is no downtime during operations.

– All processes are programmed and controlled on a 15” HDI touchscreen. It is possible to memorize 24.000 individual filling weights on the machine’s internal memory. The memory is expandable through a USB stick, therefore making the storage capacity virtually infinite.

– All process parameters are individually programmable in order to optimize the machine’s performance.
