FILLING MACHINE FEATURES
– This filling machine can process polyester fibre, feathers, down, shredded polyurethane foam, cotton, wool, kapok or any other type of material which can be transported by airflow.
– The particular shape of the turbine provides excellent performance when filling. The machine is equipped with two pneumatic shutters.
– The motor rotates continuously with no electric nor mechanical breaking action, thus increasing lifespan of the motor and reducing maintenance.
– The R3PV is equipped with an inverter, which allows to adjust engine rotation between 1600 – 4200rpm.
