R6PV – Multifunctional filling blower
This filling machine can process polyester, down, shredded polyurethane foam, cotton, wool and any other type of material which can be transported by airflow.
It is fitted with two filling systems. The main system consists of a ventilator which is equipped with pneumatic shutters in order to keep the turbine empty once the filling process has been completed. It is intended for filling items with large volume. The secondary system consists of a Venturi-powered filling unit, intended for filling small volumes.
Main system (ventilator):
The particular shape of the turbine assures great filling speed and -performance.
The filling material can be drawn from any type of open or closed container.
There are two pneumatic shutters, one on the material intake side and a second one on the turbine housing. During the filling process, they open and close in sequence, thus making sure that the turbine is always empty of filling material once the filling process has been completed. This action takes place in a fraction of a second.
The motor rotates continuously with no electric nor mechanical breaking action, thus increasing the lifespan of the motor and reducing maintenance.
The filling process is activated by means of a pneumatic foot pedal, leaving the operator’s hands free to handle the item to be filled.
The ventilator is equipped with an inverter which allows to adjust engine rotation between 1600rpm and 4200rpm.
Secondary system (Venturi-blower)
This filling unit is intended for small volumes with filling openings larger than 25mm.

The machine is built according to the requirements of the European Directives 2006/42/CE, 2004/108/CE, 2006/95/CE and subsequent amendments. The machine duly bears the CE marking.
