Features
– Bale opener for synthetic and natural fibres, for feeding the CD400 and CD2S2 fibre fine-openers.
– The bale is placed on a horizontal belt conveyor and opened by a spiked vertical conveyor.
– The speed of both belt conveyors can be adjusted through inverters in order to process the correct quantity of fibre.
– The machine can be activated by another work station when integrated into an automated production line.
Options
The machine can be fitted with loadcells, which indicate the weight of the fibre contained on the belt conveyor.
Conveyor belt extension allows to load up to four fibre bales
